can’t overcommunicate.
Managing a company is like writing in the snow:
you have to go over and over the same words as
the snow falls if you want your writing to remain
legible.
Substituting
rules for judgement starts a self-
defeating cycle, since judgement can only be
developed by using it. You end up with an army
of people who live by rote rather than reason,
and whose reason cannot be depended on.
